Virtual currency exchange transactions are concluded exclusively between buyers and sellers. The services of the Website are limited to the technical provision of a user interface to facilitate the transaction; EXPI is not a party to the virtual currency exchange transaction and has no authority to make decisions on rates or commissions.
All types of commissions are included in the amounts shown to you when comparing cryptocurrency exchange rates, unless otherwise specified on the Website.
The only form of payment for commissions is cryptocurrency assets on the blockchain network.
The EXPI service is provided to Customers with a paid subscription. EXPI does not charge any other commissions and fees except for the payment for the subscription to provide intermediary provider services – all paid commissions are included in the exchange price and go from buyers directly to sellers. For this reason, EXPI cannot be held responsible for any compensations, reimbursements, or bear any other financial liability to Clients. In case of erroneous crediting of any virtual currency transfers, the User is obliged to notify EXPI to the respective virtual currency exchange service, which is the legal recipient of the transfer. EXPI will inform the client about the terms and possibilities for resolving the issue.
The creation, distribution, retention, and cessation of activities, as well as market volatility, are beyond the control of EXPI.
EXPI provides no warranties, expressed or implied. The Services, Website, Materials, and any information or content contained therein are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. The User, using the Services and/or conducting transactions with virtual currencies, does so at their own risk and with full disclosure of the possible destruction of the entire asset or valuation.
